Shipping Your Puppy
Some of our puppies are available at our home while others are located with our Co-Breeders and Friends so we do have puppies for pickup and also some of the puppies do require shipping. Contact Us for more details if you are within driving distance to Madison, MS to come view our available puppies at our home.
Direct shipping from our co-breeder. We have included that information on all the puppies on our for sale page. This service is only available to select international airports.
Be sure to check with us to see if this option is possible. Airports that we can service for direct shipping are Atlanta, Miami, Denver, Memphis, Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, Houston, Dallas, New York, Newark, Toronto and Vancouver.
Other locations possible if temperatures are under 70 degrees we can ship via Delta Airlines. This fee is added on regardless if your puppy is picked up or if you are buying from us locally.
If we can't direct ship to your closest intenational airport and you would like us to complete all the handling in Atlanta to pick up your puppy there will be an additional $700 fee added on to the puppy's price. This is because it is an 12 hour drive round trip and also we have to clear your puppy using our customs broker via customs which also usually cost us $250.
If you are in the Atlanta, Alabama, Florida or Tennesee and direct shipping is not an option for you we have a transport service that can pick your puppy up from the ATL airport and deliver your puppy to you. Fees will be applied determining destination and the $250 custom brokering fee still apply. Our Recommended Customs Broker is Phoenix International Incorporated based in Atlanta, Ga. We have a very great friend there who takes care of all of our needs and clearing our puppies via customs. Contact us for more information if this is the option you are considering.
We also offer ground transportation when we have puppies of our own available if temperatures are too hot for airline shipping.

AIRLINE SHIPPING ONLY WHEN TEMPERATURES ALLOW
We ship with American or Northwest Airlines from Memphis, TN or Jackson, MS when temperatures are 75/85 degrees or below. Airlines have strict temperature regulations when shipping live animals. Starting in September we can ship via Airline. Airline shipping is $350 FOR English Bulldog puppies and $300 for French bulldog puppies.
Please NOTE DURING SUMMER MONTHS WE ONLY OFFER DIRECT SHIPPING OR SHIPPING TO ATLANTA! WE CANNOT HAVE PUPPIES COME INTO MEMPHIS BETWEEN JUNE 1st-SEPT 1st due to the hot temperatures. We can ship to Atlanta and you will be responsible for picking up your puppy there or having it shipped from Atlanta Airport to your closest International Airport with Fronteir Airlines. The buyer will be responsible for all fees associated with shipping from Atlanta to their closest airport.
Return/Cancellation Policy
No refunds in part or in full will be given for any reason. Only letter of credit will be issued for another puppy will be given as stated in our Adoption Contract. If you have any questions regarding our policies you may contact us. Please do not try to say you didnt read this information because anytime a puppy is sold to any customer this return/cancellation applies.
ALL DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS PLACED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON!
NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON! ALL PUPPY SALES ARE FINAL! IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PUPPY AND THIS IS DUE THE PUPPY HAVING A LIFE THREATENING, UNTREATABLE CONDITION WHICH IS STATED IN THE CONTRACT/SALES AGREEMENT AND I HAVE RECEIVED A FAX FROM 2 VETS STATING THE SAME DIAGNOSIS WE WILL THEN SEND YOU A LETTER OF CREDIT. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON!
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR PUPPY IS DELAYED FOR SHIPPING/DELIVERY FOR ANY REASON THIS IS NOT GROUNDS FOR REFUND! WE ONLY REFUND PAYMENT FOR A PUPPY WITH A NON TREATABLE LIFE THREATENING DEFECT WHICH WOULD RENDER THAT PUPPY FROM BEING ADOPTED! JUST BECAUSE THE PUPPY MAY BE OLDER AND NOT TO YOUR AGE PREFERENCE DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND! A LOT OF TIMES TEMPERATURES PLAY A BIG ROLE IN DELAYS AND THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PUPPY JUST BECAUSE THE PUPPY DOES NOT LOOK TO YOUR SPECIFICATION YOU MAY NOT RETURN THAT PUPPY FOR ANY REASON!

IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT RETURN THE NIGHTINGALE BULLIES CONTRACT AND SALES AGREEMENT BEFORE THE PUPPY IS SHIPPED TO THE OWNER THAT PUPPY WILL BE SOLD AS IS AND THE HEALTH GUARANTEE IS NOIL AND VOID! THIS CONTRACT IS PUT INTO PLACE TO PROTECT EVERYONE AND MAKE FOR A HAPPY TRANSACTION BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER!
