Adoption Process

 Adoption Process for Purchasing a Puppy From Nightingale Bullies:

 Contact us via phone or email and tell us more about who you are and what kind of life our bulldog puppy will have. We will also be glad to answer any questions and concerns you might have. We also have a online puppy application that require be completed before adoption is considered If your approved to purchase a bulldog puppy from us we then accept a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount is $500 that can be paid through our website. This non-refundable deposit will hold your puppy for 1 weeks prior to shipping. We also need a signed and notarized contract from you. A puppy will not leave Nightingale Bullies until we have received a signed and notarized contract from you. We will also send you a shopping list for your new bulldog puppy. We do not offer a payment plan or financing on our puppies.
 

1. We do accept the $500 deposit via credit card (Visa, MasterCard) (We do not accept AMEX or Discover) if the puppy is less than 6 weeks old. If the puppy is older than 6 weeks old Full Payment has to be made.
   
   
2. 1 week before shipping the final balance plus shipping is due.
   
   
3. If the final payment has not been received 1 week prior to shipping a $10 a day boarding fee will be charged until full payment has been made.
   
   
4. After all payment has been made. This puppy will be shipped 1 to 2 weeks from that date depending if we feel that the puppy is ready to make the trip to his new home.
   
   
5. We have the right to ship when convenient for us. We can only try to accommodate to your schedule but, it is your sole responsibility to make arrangements to pick up your puppy from the airport. Also, shipping can be delayed for any reason because of temperatures. Shipping Fee in not included in price of puppy. This fee is $350 for English Bulldog Puppies and $300 for French Bulldog Puppies.
   
   
6. We do not have a cancellation policy so please understand that after payment has been made that payment is non-refundable. The only time payment is refundable is when the puppy has a life-threatening or untreatable defect. See Shipping/Returns Page for more info.
   
   
7. If for any reason, you have personal conflict or change of heart your payment is non-refundable. You will have a credit with us for one year from the date of purchase minus $300 for loss of time and for payment for advertising the puppy again. (This is to insure that our puppies will have a home. It is not fair for our puppies to have a home and the last minute you change your mind and other customers who might have been interested in our puppy miss their chance because you have changed your mind.)
   
   
8.  We want our puppies in homes where they will be loved and cared for unconditionally. We put a lot of time into raising/caring for these bullie babies.
   
   
9. We ship our puppies via Delta or KLM Airlines Directly into Largest International Airport Closest To you. SEE SHIPPING YOUR PUPPY FOR MORE DETAILS. We can ship puppies from our home more than just the airport listed on our home page. Call us for more details. We do also have ground transport available as well if temperatures are too hot/cold for shipping your puppy.
   
   
10. We do not allow customers in our home unless $500 deposit has been given the puppy that you chose.We will only allow visitors in our home when both my husband and I are both at home.  Not all of our puppies are viewable from our home as we work with other breeders as well and sometimes puppies may be available for direct shipping only. Puppies that we have in our home are available for pickup or shipping anywhere in USA and Canada.
11. You will need to make an appointment with us prior to visiting our home or to see a particular puppy.
    
    
12. List of Things that need to be taken to airport to pick up your new baby.
     
    • Bottle of Water
    • Blanket for Crate
    • If you live a long way from airport bring a Cesar pack of puppy food with you to feed your baby.
    • Puppy potty pad to replace the one already in travel crate.
       
13. We would like a phone call or email letting us know that you received your puppy.
     
14. We also would like to call in and check on you and your new puppy to make sure everything is going well. We like to be updated on how your new baby is settling in their new home. We would like all families to send us updated pictures of their bullie baby in their new home after arrival. We like to put pictures on our testimonials page.
    
    
15. We sometimes offer rescues and older bulldog to loving homes. Feel free to ask us about our adoptable older bulldogs in need of homes. http://www.rescuebulldogs.org/ is a great resource for bulldogs in need of homes. Also www.petfinder.com is another great resource to find a bulldog close to you that may need a home

 NEW POLICY ABOUT BREEDING RIGHTS WITH OUR PUPPIES!

EFFECTIVE FEBUARY 22nd, 2010:

Any puppies listed on our website for the price less than $2500 are sold with limited registration and no breeding rights. If you want breeding rights for any puppies listed below that price the price difference between the actual puppy cost up to $2500 will have to be paid before the puppy leaves our home.

Example: You want puppy that cost $2200 with breeding rights. Additional $300 will have to be paid for breeding rights for that puppy.

Please view your health insurance option at www.petinsurance.com for very affordable policies that are great to have when owning a bulldog puppy. This is offered by VPI and is no way affiliated with Nightingale Bullies. We are simply sharing the information with you so that you may sign your own puppy up for this health insurance.

Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard Only for Deposits of $500.

NOTE: We do not take final payment (more than $500) on credit cards as we have been scammed several times with stolen cards and also buyers doing chargebacks after the puppy has been shipped and in their home because they decided they didnt want to pay for the puppy any longer. So, please understand our policy before contacting us for a puppy.

If you are nervous about sending bank wire we can provide references from past clients who have our puppies and some who have purchased more than one puppy from us.  We will do what we can to make you feel comfortable with purchasing a puppy from us.

We  have a BANK OF AMERICA account and accept bank wires and direct deposits to our account. We can email you a copy of our bank details after we approved your application. 

We accept Visa, MasterCard  for $500 deposit only and Bank Wires/Cash on Pickup Only for final payment.
