We will be offering (1) one to (2) two females a month to a family that we feel would be responsible and devoted enough to raise a female English Bulldog puppy as their devoted and loving pet. Nightingale Bullies will retain ownership of the puppy until she has birthed (2) two litters, at which time ownership will be transfered to the buyer. Nightingale Bullies will be offering two free stud services form our stud to the females in the program. We will have photos posted of him soon. He can be seen on our recent sold puppies at Georgio.
Terms of Agreement:
1. Family Interested in this service will be complete an application and also we will have extensive phone interview for approval.
2. Must show photos of home and environment female will be kept. Applicants who live in Rented or Leased properties will not be eligible.
3. Provide references of non-related family members that will state your home is a safe, loving environment to raise a puppy.
4. Be willing to split litters with Nightingale Bullies for the 1st and 2nd litters of the female.
5. Nightingale Bullies will have first picks of the litters.
6. Be financially stable enough to care for female and all her needs. Nightingale Bullies will split whelping expenses with breeding and birthing litters only including artificial insemination, shipping expenses of semen, cost of whelping supplies, and c-sections.
7. Nightingale Bullies will reserve rights to sell the first (2) two litters until the puppies reach 10 weeks of age. Nightingale Bullies will pay all advertising expenses and fees for the sale of the puppies.
8. After the 2nd litter has been split and finalized we will then sign the dog over to the family and full rights as well.
9. We will be your lifeline of support and help during this process in helping you with any needs or questions.
10. Please note not all puppies will be available from our website for this program. We can put you on a waiting list as we will select the best puppy for the program that is of breeding potential.
11. All buyers must be willing to ship puppies to new homes from their local airport.
12. All buyers must have access to an appropriate Veterinarian capable of doing in house progesterone testing, artificial insemination, and c-sections.
13. All puppies sold by Buyers from the Female's litter will be sold on AKC Limited Registration with Spay/Neuter Agreement. We will allow the Buyer tokeep a puppy with Full Registration for their own program if they desire but, all other puppies sold will go out on AKC Limited Registration.
